Aspens at Lee Vining

One of my favorite roads is highway 395 on the eastern side of the Sierra mountains in California. In the fall, aspens turn brilliant yellow and provide a wonderful contrast with the brown glacial moraines and distant peaks. Besides visually compelling, it's also a wonderful place for stream fishing while enjoying the beautiful reflections. Available through gallery while on exhibition there. Painting ID #375.
