The Magic Grove

Sometimes, I just want to play around with colors and push them to be a little more than nature intended. Technically, this painting utilizes the double compliment components of color theory. Purple and yellow are complements, and so are red and green. I've used them here to have some fun with the trees to make them a bit more mysterious and magical than they are in real life. Hence, they have become 'The Magic Grove'. Don't you want to follow the path into the interior of the grove to see what lies inside? I do!
