My grand daughter is horse crazy. This was painted as a gift for her when she came to visit over the Thanksgiving holidays. By sheer dumb luck, I picked dapple grey for the horse color, which just happened to be the favorite horse color of the 10 year old it was intended for. Of course, she was thrilled.
